Free standard shipping

Easy shopping means never having to pay for shipping. So at sunglasshut.com, we provide free standard shipping on every order within Australia and New Zealand. Complimentary Click and Collect service is available at select Sunglass Hut stores. Check service availability for your area during checkout.

Available to pick up in store after business hours, if ordered before 11am local time. You will be notified once the order is available to be picked up. For orders not in stock at your selected store, your item will be transferred from another location and available for pick up within business days.

Delivery considerations

  • All orders are subject to review and could require additional processing time.
  • Weekends and public holidays are not considered business days.
  • Carrier delays are possible during high order volume periods and may affect shipping times.
  • For Click and Collect orders, we will send you an email when the order is ready to be collected.
  • Express delivery orders cannot be shipped to P.O Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
  • For Express delivery orders, placed after 11AM AEST, please allow 1 additional business day for processing.
  • For Express delivery orders, the shipping fees are not refundable.

Free pickup in store

Complimentary Click and Collect service is available in selected Sunglass Hut Stores.

You can now choose to collect your order in selected Sunglass Hut stores using Click and Collect TO PICK UP AFTER BUSINESS HOURS once the order is confirmed.

HOW DO I PLACE A CLICK AND COLLECT ORDER?
At check out, select the 'Click and Collect' option in the cart and choose your preferred store from the list. In-stock items will be available after business hours, if ordered before 11am local time. For orders not in stock at your selected store, your item will be transferred from another location and available for pick up within 5 business days.

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER IS READY FOR COLLECTION?
Once your order is ready for collection, we will notify you via email. During holiday periods, it may take up to 4-5 business hours to collect the orders once confirmed.

CAN I CANCEL MY CLICK AND COLLECT ORDER?
Once your order has been placed, we cannot cancel your order until it is ready to be picked up. Upon collection you can choose to refund your order in store.

WHAT IF I DO NOT PICK UP MY ORDER?
You can collect your order within store opening hours, up to 7 days after the order is placed. Please check the stores opening hours on our Sunglass Hut Website. After 7 days from the order confirmation, uncollected products will be automatically refunded via the same payment method used for purchase. 

Express Delivery

Receive your order within 1-2 business days for a flat rate of $11.95. Enter your delivery address to check if your area can be serviced.

Available in selected postcodes in Australia.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER WITH EXPRESS DELIVERY?
At check out, select the 'Express Shipping' option in the cart and enter your delivery address to check the availability of this option for your location.
Orders placed before 11am local time are served within 1-2 business days.
Available in select postcodes only and according to stock availability. We are unable to deliver via Express Shipping to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

Re-routing shipped packages to another address

Once you've placed your order, we're unable to redirect a package. If our delivery provider is unable to deliver the package to the address you provided, the parcel will be returned to our fulfillment centre and processed as a return.
