Just follow these simple steps:

Select your favourite frame online and select ‘Pickup in store’ in the cart, it’s free.

Select your pickup store from the list, most in-stock items are available for pickup the same day (participating stores only) or delivered in 2 business days*

Proceed to checkout, we’ll let you know as soon as your pair is available for collection. No payment request in store.

*While stocks last. In-stock items available for same day pickup are marked as ‘COLLECT TODAY’: they will be ready for you the same day, including weekends. Orders will be kept in the store for up to 1 week for pick-up. Items not in stock are still eligible for free pickup in store, you can select your convenient location and we will ship a fresh pair in express shipping.
